001

Creating user-centered solutions that also drive business growth. Design isn’t just about making things look good—it’s about solving real problems in an intuitive and strategic way.

I design digital experiences that balance usability, conversion, and impact. I'm involved in the entire process, from research and conceptualization to  prototyping and validation, because every detail matters.

I work closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into functional products with agile methodology.

Design Process

I divide my process into two main stages: Discovery and Delivery, but with an iterative and flexible structure. Each phase feeds into the other: insights gained from testing, development, or even post-launch can influence any previous stage. Flexible method. Continuous learning.

Discovery

ORIGIN

Origin of the need: can arise from the business or directly from users.
‍Information gathering: interviews, data, and feedback.
‍Hypothesis formulation: what problem to solve and what impact to aim for.
‍Definition of outcome & output.

Prototyping & Test

Prototype design.
User validation to confirm whether the solution addresses the problem.

Delivery

Design & Development

Collaborative work with development using Agile.
Rapid iterations and continuous feedback.

Launch & Observation

Collection of key metrics.
Learnings feed into new iterations if needed.
